We’ve packaged our IT support service into two levels of service: Standard and Plus. They’re great for taking IT worries off your hands without adding complexity.

101 Plus

Our Plus plan – it covers almost everything and makes your IT simple and predictable. We think it’s ideal because it aligns our interests with yours: with a fixed price for all support, it’s in our best interest to make sure nothing goes wrong.

101 Standard

Includes monitoring and maintenance without on-site support. This means it costs significantly less than the Plus plan support and maybe sufficient for your needs in most circumstances. However in the event of a major systems failure you may encounter the relatively high additional costs associated with a site visit.
